The High Point Fire Fighters Association was founded in 1940 and we are your union. We are the High Point affiliate of the Professional Fire Fighters and Paramedics of North Carolina (PFFPNC) and the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF). As a labor organization, we provide resources, benefits, and advocacy at the local, state, and federal level. We are committed to competitive pay and benefits that recruit and retain talented firefighters. We work hard to be your voice to the decision makers in local, state, and federal government where decisions are made that impact you and your family. We also work hard to make a positive impact in the High Point community.

Our mission is to be the voice of firefighters in High Point. We advocate for the health and safety of our members. We work to improve working conditions and raise awareness about the risks and challenges of firefighting. We are committed to serving our community and protecting the lives of our citizens.
